Mr Ryland was faced with rectification of poor quality work by an electrician employed by kitchen fitters before replacing the lights. Having fitted 10 lights these subsequently began to fail over a period of 10 weeks or so. This nothing to do with the quality of Mr Ryland's work but due to failure of the dimmer units.

An electrician employed by Mr Ryland successfully replaced the 10 lights on 21 Jan, 2014. I am extremely grateful to Mr Ryland and his staff for getting us through this frustrating experience.
